Since our beginning in 1994, Motor City Brewing Works has been committed to producing hand-crafted superior quality beer. We hope you enjoy the labors of Detroit's oldest operating brewery, as we contribute to the genuinely original exports of Detroit’s Cultural Center. A century of art, literature, music & beer! The brewery is located in the heart of Detroit’s Cultural Center, home to Wayne State University, Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Science Center, Detroit Historical Museum, Center for Creative Studies, Detroit’s Main Library, Hilberry Theater, Opera House, Max Fisher Theater, and Detroit‘s Medical Center, just blocks from Comerica Park and Ford Field. Across the street from Shinola and Third Man Records.
