Our 5,000 square-foot venue is fully customizable for private events –– whether you are looking to host a small luncheon, a trade show, an office holiday party, a large corporate gathering, or the wedding of your dreams. For an even more individualized touch, guests can arrive to the venue by car, boat or helicopter. For years, we’ve hosted private corporate events, ranging from intimate luncheons to trade shows, office parties and awards ceremonies. With 14-foot windows that offer sweeping views of the marina, our modern, elegant venue can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 seated guests, or up to 1,000 guests for a standing cocktail reception. We also have built-in audio/visual equipment, including four projectors and four drop-down screens, speakers, microphones, a built-in stage and customizable lighting.
