Veterans Stadium opened its doors in 1950 and is home to Long Beach City College and Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits. With an 11,000 seating capacity, artificial turf playing surface, and various athletic facilities, it has become a popular location for film productions. The stadium also hosts swap meets such as the Long Beach Antique Market and the So-Cal Swap Meet.
