Step inside our repurposed bank vault for a private bourbon tasting experience. Guests will sample four premium bourbons and whiskeys, including Paddock’s single barrel picks, with one of our whisky connoisseurs. You’ll also learn about the distilling and barreling process behind each bottle while dining on small plates chosen to pair with each pour. Attendees are welcome to order additional dishes and cocktails during the tasting. Custom tastings are available by request. Private vault tastings are offered Monday – Saturday starting at $80 per person and can accommodate between two and eight guests.
