In front of the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the Anschutz Entertainment Group is developing Mercedes Platz, the vital centerpiece for the dynamically growing city quarter along the East Side Gallery, for around 190 million euros by October 2018. Part of the project is a new event hall, Verti Music Hall, for up to 4,250 visitors, a UCI Kinowelt premiere cinema, a lifestyle bowling concept from the Bowling World brand, cafés, restaurants and bars. These uses are complemented by two hotels - an Indigo Design Hotel and a Hampton by Hilton as well as approx. 10,000 square meters Office space.
