Hotel Il Parazzo

Opened in 1989 as Japan's first design hotel, it was a collaboration between Italian Aldo Rossi, one of the world's leading architects of the 20th century, and Shigeru Uchida, one of Japan's leading interior designers. Aldo Rossi's first architecture in Japan involved Shigeru Uchida, as well as other world-famous creators such as Ettore Sottsass, Gaetano Pesce, Shiro Kuramata, Ikuyo Mitsuhashi, and Ikko Tanaka, and it became a hot topic. Ta. Later, in 2023, it was "Re-Designed" as a new space that inherited the philosophy from when it opened. El Dorado, a 130-seat underground lounge, offers buffet-style food presentations from breakfast to dinner. Guests staying at the hotel can access it freely.
