Theatre Lino Ventura
Theatre Lino Ventura is the first medium-capacity contemporary music concert hall in the Alpes Maritimes.
Inaugurated in 1992, the Theatre Lino Ventura was born from a political desire to create a multi-purpose performance hall with 700 seats whose primary goal is the organization of current music concerts that can accommodate the best of national and international artists in music but also more occasionally in dance and theater. This room has welcomed artists like Keziah Jones, Maceo Parker, Olivia Ruiz, Les Ogres de Barback, Coco Rosie, The Kills, Benjamin Biolay, Katerine, Sharon Jones, Israel Vibration. Local musicians also benefit from music project, accompaniments (residency, studio recordings, first concert parts, etc.). The theater also hosts associative projects as part of making the room available (School Theater Festival with local schools, humanitarian and social cultural events, dance galas, etc.). With more than 80% occupancy, with more than 25 concerts per year, dozens of performances and more than 13,000 spectators per year, the Theatre Lino Ventura remains a reference venue for lovers of music and live performance.
