The La Conner Inn, formally known as the La Conner Country Inn, has been an anchor hotel in the charming waterfront town of La Conner since 1977 when it was built. The Inn has proudly stood the economic highs and lows of the past few decades and continues to re-invent itself to stay current. Years ago the Inn housed a museum in the area that is now the Two Forks Conference room. In 1994 second floor conference rooms were converted to guest rooms to keep up with the growing demand of the hospitality market. The most recent example of change when the Inn was sold to new ownership, a local Skagitonian family in December of 2021. The new ownership has plans to strike a balance between making necessary updates and maintaining the historic charm, while adding amenities to enhance the guest experience.
