Sikwa Restaurante en Costa Rica

Sikwa is a gastronomic education and information center that protects the native gastronomic tradition of Costa Rica. We are not just a restaurant, but also a research project that documents oral gastronomic traditions. Since 2018, we have been serving food and creating a productive chain program with native producers.
