Sotto's menu is prepared by our superb team in the Trattoria Delia kitchen. At Sotto, we offer an extensive list of Italian wines by the glass and bottle, featured inspirations and some Trattoria Delia favorites tucked away and brought out for the evening when the whim just catches you by surprise! Our wines are sourced with a special emphasis on our vintners who practice truly traditional, sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic winemaking.
