Mountain Humane, formerly known as the Animal Shelter of Wood River Valley, has evolved into a community pet support center. With a rich history of keeping animals off the streets, our facility provides essential services to mitigate pet surrenders and temporary boarding for pets whose owners are experiencing a health or family emergency. Our mission is to save animals' lives and change lives by providing innovative and industry-leading services to enhance the lives of animals and support every adoption.
