A large indoor square, a creative factory, the space in Viale Toscana 31 is part of the relaunch plan for areas of cultural and social interest wanted by the Municipality of Milan. A thousand square meters that Santeria SpA has transformed into the large format of the first and historic headquarters in via Paladini 8: a large bar with kitchen, an imposing theatre, a shop, a training room, a meeting room and an artistic atelier. All in front of the Bocconi campus, soon to be built, near the Vettabbia park and next to the former Porta Romana airport overlooked by important city projects (Fondazione Prada, Fondazione Filarete, Centro Pompeo Leoni, IED).
