About
Story of Soil is a small winery aimed at producing high quality and balanced wines. Our tiny operation allows us to put more time, attention, and care into our wines compared to larger wineries. We select vineyards that are farmed with the greatest level of care and focus on single varietal and single vineyard wines to showcase the unique characteristics of each grape and its terroir. By keeping our lots small, we are able to gently process the grapes with minimal intervention and have the freedom to experiment, resulting in more complex and interesting wines. We put our hearts and souls into the making of our wine and hope you enjoy the story behind every bottle of Story of Soil wine.
