DK Maria’s Legendary Tex-Mex
Drawing influence from South Texas border towns, DK Maria’s Legendary Tex-Mex brings fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors to the classic Tex-Mex dishes we all know and love.
DK Maria traces her ancestors back to Cruillas, Mexico, whose inhabitants followed Captain King to Texas. Through five generations, her family rode with the bandit Chino Cortina, cooked in the cow camps of South Texas, fed the armies at the Alamo (both sides!), and drank with the author Hemingway. She, herself, lived the wildlife of Texas border towns and Austin in the '80s and '90s.
