Tamo is ancient on the outside and contemporary inside, located in the historic center of a medieval village. In winter we eat in one space minimal and welcoming surrounded by warmth of the wooden boiserie and illuminated by the lights of the open kitchen. In the warmer seasons, the garden there will give exciting sunsets. Our card is based on instinct and is in continuous evolution, varies radically based on the seasons, but also daily based on inspiration and to the availability of the raw material.
