Malahide Castle is a medieval castle with a story dating back to the 1170's. Located beside the coastal marina village of Malahide, just 10 minutes from Dublin Airport and 13km from Dublin City Centre. The castle sits on over 260 acres of parkland and is open year round to the public. Guided castle tours are run daily . Visitors can also enjoy the Walled Botanical Gardens, exotic Butterfly House and interactive woodland fairy trail. Avoca retail store is on site with cafe, gift shop , coach parking, disabled toilet facilities and much more. Tickets can be booked online or at the Visitor Centre on arrival. Malahide Castle is an award winning visitor attraction, welcoming visitors from all over the world for decades.
