We spin our globe every 90 days and feature a different countries cuisine! The Consulate is the product of a daring, adventurous chef and a detail obsessed interior designer. Both native New Yorkers, Douglas and Mei have made Atlanta their city of choice to call home. Their story is a romantic boy meets girl storyline with a twist... Instead of a grand wedding they created a hip tea shop in the Poncey-Highlands district called Honey Bubble Tea in 2012. However, providing Atlantas best Bubble Tea was not enough. They wanted to create even more. The Consulate is the first of 8 full service restaurants the couple has in store for the city! Each very distinct and different from each other, and more importantly, everyone else.
