We're talking here about good genes, committed farmers, animal welfare , and an activist Chef. A unique experience, signed by Chef Antoine Westermann, for lovers of poultry meat: quail, pigeon, guinea fowl, duck, rooster, hen, goose & chicken, which reflect the flavors of our terroirs French. We call Le Coq & fils a Poultry Steakhouse, or Poultry House, a place where we like to take customers under our wing. More than a rotisserie, it is an ode to poultry.
