Karavalli
Since inception in 1990, Karavalli has grown to be an institution when it comes to South west coast flavours. Modelled on a traditional Mangalorean bungalow & surrounded by lush tamarind trees, inspired by the architecture of coastal South India.
Unfortunately, Karavalli hasn't added any spaces to their profile on The Vendry.
Ingredients from the coast, such as cloves, cinnamon, pepper, home grown chillies and only the freshest vegetables and finest meats make it to the menu. The chef and team have painstakingly preserved India’s most refined culinary traditions from our rich heritage by restoring age old recipes, decades of researching meeting with locals and recreating forgotten flavours of a glorious bygone era.
