The house moves between references to this golden age marked by the Universal Exhibition of Paris which saw the erection of the Eiffel Tower, from vibrant heart of the restaurant with the pantry room, the citrus winter garden, through the portrait lounges. Faubourg Daimant nevertheless remains a place designed by people of today for people of today. Half scoundrel, half bourgeois, this house in the suburbs celebrates the French art of living. Playful, elegant and epicurean. Far from being a 1900 pastiche, far from a Disneylandized universe, Faubourg Daimant is a place of authenticity. We have found a series of strong pieces, for tableware, seats and lighting in particular, combining them with timeless materials such as oak, deeply contemporary lines and the works of artists of yesterday and of Today. The side step is what we absolutely love. The welcome is elegant, while remaining anchored in its time, accessible and sunny, close to the guests. We are personally committed to hospitality to offer the experience of a service that is authentic, and to tell beautiful stories about this cuisine that will change the world.
