The structure of the internal spaces is unusual and innovative. The customer is welcomed into the kitchen directly by the Chefs: the first room is in fact made up of a large open space in which the open kitchen is located, with a direct connection between the preparation of the dishes and the tables, without any barrier. Fourteen tables fill the rooms, for a total of around 40 seats with shapes that alternate different geometries, from the circle to the square, with comfortable seats designed by Drigani. Wood is the predominant material, from the striking dark green boiserie to the kitchen counters covered with strips of Italian oak and Tuscan marble tops. On the lower floor of the restaurant we find the cellar, an environment with exposed bricks, wood and warm lights, which give a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Guests will be able to live the Autem* experience in the Kitchen, in the Mirror Room characterized by vintage mirrors and in the Private Room dedicated to events. To complete the welcoming and modern atmosphere, the BI-BOx Art Space gallery in Biella will exhibit its works on a seasonal cycle, in a succession of artists who will contribute to the continuous evolution of the environments.
