Open seven days a week, the menu features wood-grilled steaks, seafood, and creative, chef-driven takes on a variety of vegetable-forward dishes. The bar at American Beauty takes a craftsman’s approach to cocktails and boasts a wine list of over 200 selections from around the world. The Win-dow at American Beauty is open from 11 am-5 pm Mon-Fri and 8 am-5 pm on weekends. The Win-dow has become a Venice destination for classic smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and $8-grain bowls. The Window is available for pick-up and delivery but is best enjoyed by pulling up a stool on our patio and hanging out with our neighbors.
