Kaapelitehdas

Kaapeli (Kiinteistö Oy Kaapelitalo) is a property management company owned by the City of Helsinki. We own, renovate and rent old industrial premises for cultural use. The objective is to provide functional and inspiring spaces for different forms of culture. Since 1992, we have owned Cable Factory in Helsinki’s Ruoholahti district, which is one of the largest cultural centres in Finland. The Dance House Helsinki was built next to Cable Factory and it opened its doors in 2022.
