The Evening Muse

The Evening Muse opened in April of 2001 and thanks to the music-lovin’ citizens of Charlotte and venturous visitors to our fair city, the Muse has had the opportunity to present literally thousands of original independent music acts and performing artists since opening. From our own Carolinas’ music scene to performers from all corners of the globe, an amazing array of artists have graced our stage: from acoustic music to full electric bands; alternative, Americana, blues, country, folk, hip-hop, jazz, pop, reggae, rock, r&b – and where it all begins, with the songwriter. The Muse brings acoustic music and much more to Charlotte in a great-sounding room. There is excellent original artwork on the walls, a great selection of beer, wine and spirits, and music from some of the finest local, regional and national talent. The Muse is located in the NoDa Arts District in Historic North Charlotte, a great neighborhood with a diverse mix of galleries, shops, restaurants and homes.
