We Love Food and Wine! I'm Melody French, and together with my husband, award-winning Chef Mark French, we own and operate The Silver Fork Restaurant in picturesque Manchester Village, Vermont. While Mark is creating culinary works of art in his beautiful new kitchen, I run the front of the house and love being the resident Sommelier and Mixologist.
