Seafood star Broad Street Oyster Company is on the expansion path once again, opening up inside one of the Southern California coastline’s most coveted restaurant locations. The pandemic-famous Malibu hotspot is taking over the closed former Ruby’s Diner at the very tip of the Huntington Beach Pier, with an opening slated for mid-summer. Founded by Christopher Tompkins as a seafood centric mobile raw bar. Broad Street Oyster Co. established its first restaurant in Malibu during the summer of 2019 and is the ultimate seafood destination. A little bit coastal and a whole lot of a party, Christopher Tompkins's restaurant is tucked inside a Malibu strip mall and is the perfect setting to grab a beer or some natural wine to accompany our World Famous Lobster Roll.
