Indiana Convention Center
The ICC is a major convention center located in a six-block area in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, with 11 halls, 71 meeting rooms, and three-multipurpose ballrooms.
A $275 million expansion in 2011 has made the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) a powerhouse destination for the largest events in the country – including the 2012 Super Bowl. With its striking contemporary look and sense of openness, the Indiana Convention Center redefines the character of a trade show and meeting venue. One of the largest convention centers in America, the center is connected by skywalks to more hotel rooms than any other city in the nation. Also linked to the center is a four-story urban shopping mall, surrounded by more than 200 restaurants and clubs, well-known sports venues, and a 10-block state park that features top museums, green space, and a convenient canal walk. With over $3 billion in convention industry investments, no other city in the nation can match Indianapolis’ collection of upgrades and developments. Located in the heart of downtown, the Indiana Convention Center has hosted events since 1972.
Sodexo Live! has exclusive food & beverage distribution rights within the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS). No food, beverage or novelties may be brought into the facility or sold without the express written consent of ICCLOS Management (enticement candy excluded). Guests may enjoy a variety of food selections from one of our concession areas.
The complimentary equipment does not apply to equipment inside a tradeshow booth. Tradeshow booths are furnished by the Event’s hired service contractor/decorator. If the ICCLOS must supplement its own equipment inventory, rental charges will be passed on to the client. The ICCLOS has a limited inventory of audio-visual rental equipment.
