The Tres Monos were a message for us and today they are the heart of our project.
In all our recipes, we focus on finding new flavors. We base ourselves on simple but at the same time rich preparations, applying innovative techniques and different ingredients. We really enjoy using regional inputs, from small local producers that we look for and find all over the country. We love what we do and we are passionate about showing it in each of our proposals.
