Foundation Social Eatery, or FSE, is an upscale, chef-driven restaurant relocating to dynamic downtown Alpharetta from Roswell. Founded by acclaimed chef, Mel Toledo, and wife, Sandy, FSE pulls inspiration from Chef Mel’s own time traveling Europe and staging at Michelin-starred restaurants throughout France. As a local dining destination and gathering spot, FSE offers high-end food in a casual and social environment accompanied by warm, knowledgeable, and intentional hospitality led by operating partner Nick Hassiotis.
