Staff is vaccinated against COVID-19
Licensee warrants that their employees, vendors, and guests at the event will be in compliance with all CDC and NYC COVID safety recommendations and regulations. Additionally, all Attendees will be required to provide ID and proof of vaccination. The Licensee acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases and illnesses in any public place where people gather, particularly indoors and in group settings. Asia Society cannot completely manage or mitigate the risks associated with Infectious Disease. Licensee assumes all known and unknown risks related to exposure to Infectious Disease. Asia Society, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable, and Licensee shall not bring any claim or demand against the Society for any injury, damage, loss, expense, or other liability related to any Infectious Disease that may arise, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Agreement.
