Chef Dunlap was previously the Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Little Washington and the Corporate Executive Chef of Quirk Hotels. He was named as 1 of the 32 Restaurant Stars on the Rise in 2020 by FSRMagazine, The Rising Star Chef of the Year by Two Roads Hospitality Worldwide, and has won Best Dishes at Broad Appetit five years in a row.
