Restaurant ManO2 is located in the business heart of the city, and was opened in 2012. The restaurant's culinary identity is built on the creative ideas of chef Hrvoj Kroflin, who with a modern approach to ingredients, uncompromisingly insisting on high quality, boldly puts together a concept in close cooperation with small local producers. He often finds inspiration in somewhat forgotten dishes of traditional Croatian cuisine, trying to reform and modernize them. The pleasant and very warm interior of the restaurant is characterized by a slanted wooden ceiling with rounded ends, a wooden floor and a semi-open kitchen in glass that overlooks a luxurious wine cellar enclosed by a steel mesh, which all exudes harmony and symbiosis of living space and culinary vision.
