Hidden Harbor

Inspired by Don the Beachcomber and the American tiki tradition that he launched in Southern California in 1933, Hidden Harbor specializes in complex, exotic cocktails, showcasing the flavors of the tropics. Our experienced bar team crafts and serves every cocktail, vintage or modern, with the utmost care, drawing from a deep bench of spirits, including over 530 bottlings of rum, and a range of tropical fruit juices, every drop of which is juiced in-house. As a full-service bar, we're always happy to make classic cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. On the food side, our scratch kitchen, which we share with the Independent Brewing Company next door, offers up island-inspired eats, using flavors from around the Equator, along with classic American fare like salads and burgers. Draft beers and wines also come from the Independent, including crisp lagers from our brewery, Golden Age Beer Co. in Homestead.
