About

Hwangnyongwon (皇龍院) is a training center used as a space for spiritual culture and consciousness education centered on the Jungdo Pagoda in the style of the nine-story pagoda of Hwangryongsa Temple from the Silla Dynasty, a historical relic. It was completed by reinterpreting the ancient building using modern science and technology and construction methods and is positioned as a new landmark in the Bomun Tourist Complex in Gyeongju. Hwangnyongwon (皇龍院) promotes projects related to traditional culture in order to establish the correct national view of modern people and to inherit and develop our unique spiritual culture, and provides training for companies and social groups, meditation and practice for spiritual groups, the general public, and students. It is a space designed to improve the quality of life of modern people and contribute to the improvement of spiritual culture through programs, humanities lectures, cultural events, and various exhibitions.
