We offer our customers rice, beans and farofa because that's what we like to eat on a daily basis. But we are not just rice and beans. We work with Brazilian classics because we believe that tradition is the basis for building the new. Revealing these well-known delights and others not so much through cooking is the way we found to express our passion for this extraordinary and unequal country. We have followed and actively participated in the evolution of Brazilian cuisine over the last 30 years and chef Mara Salles has been one of the main protagonists of this movement. In the room, what we serve is cordiality and delicacy. Whether through a good selection of the most Brazilian of drinks, cachaça, and some cocktails prepared with it, such as the incomparable caipirinha; but also with an independent and well-tended wine list, good coffee and other hand-picked drinks.
