Sushi Yoshinaga

Just step through the door of the restaurant to enter a world like no other: a sense of anticipation grips us, as the chef becomes the focal point, framed by light, curled up in the middle of the counter so that each of the guests has a full and direct view of his meticulous art. From this serene setting is born a unique atmosphere. The time has disappeared, the markers too. We no longer know where we are. Located halfway between the Opera and the Japanese district of Paris, Sushi Yoshinaga was designed by the Sala Hars and Agathe Marimbert Architecte agencies with the same ambition of offering a contemporary vision of Japanese heritage, through a series doors reminiscent of ancient temples, and soft, modern lighting for the presentation of sushi.
