Noise Restrictions
Music and amplified sounds that exceed the City of Philadelphia’s Noise Ordinance (more than 10 DBA over ambient street noise) are prohibited.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Normal and usual housekeeping is included with facility rental. Additional CCD workers may be required at an additional cost to Lessee due to the required clean-up after the Event, which is above and beyond standard cleaning. Lessee and or Lessee’s Vendors are required to remove any and all trash, boxes, paper, plastic related to the set-up and breakdown of the event. Any vendor trash must be properly bagged and removed from Dilworth park by vendors or Lessee.
Permits and Insurance
All events at Dilworth Park require a Certificate of Insurance naming Center City District as the Certificate Holder and additionally insured. Detailed provisions will be shared before booking.
Discounts for Nonprofits
Center City District is pleased to offer charitable 501(c)3 organizations an opportunity to apply for a reduced rental fee at Dilworth Park for events that are free and open to the public.
