Michelin-starred Adam’s, located on Waterloo Street, is a jewel in the city’s culinary crown. It was opened in 2013 by husband and wife team Adam and Natasha - since then it has grown into one of the UK’s most renowned fine dining restaurants, with a world-class wine list and consistently evolving modern menu. Aside from a Michelin star, Adam’s has three AA Rosettes and was recently given a three star rating by the influential World of Fine Wine publication. Adam and Natasha opened The Oyster Club in 2019, offering something truly unique for Birmingham - incredible seafood and more in a sophisticated but relaxed atmosphere. The Oyster Club has quickly made a name for itself as one of the best places to eat and drink in Birmingham. The restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide and has two AA Rosettes.
