The Kinly Bar

The cocktails are creative and incorporate many ingredients more often found in the kitchen, rather than behind the bar. The ‘Elmo’ blends Hendrick's, falernum, green apple, star anise, sorrel, rooibos tea, and lemon, while the ‘Communal’ mixes single malt whisky with Kinly's purple shrub, coffee, horseradish, and verjus.
