Located at the St. Regis Hotel, Spago’s Istanbul location was the first international outpost of Wolfgang’s flagship restaurant. Set on the rooftop of the hotel, Spago offers modern and imaginative seasonal menus coupled with exceptional service, contemporary design, and stunning views of Maçka Park and the Bosphorus. An extensive international wine list offers more than 500 outstanding selections. The Spago menu, in which world-famous Chef Wolfgang Puck interprets the freshest products of the season with a modern concept, takes its guests on a gastronomic journey with eclectic flavors inspired by American, Asian and Italian cuisines. The menu, which changes every season according to the products available in the local markets, includes Wolfgang Puck's famous stone oven pizzas, appetizers, handmade pasta, rich entree options, as well as flavors inspired by different cuisines.
