Loop Studios is a unique, premium setting designed for production, private and corporate events. Our high-end 15,000 sf indoor/outdoor space has 6 different room spaces including a large great room, library, wellness room, apothecary, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. We are also right across the street from a beautifully designed park. Our space is perfect for corporate off-sites with a large presentation and meeting room and full LED flat panel. We offer a great event space in Montclair, NJ. We also curate bespoke experiences for companies and have hosted everything from retreats, team bonding and social events to strategy meetings. As a production facility, we provide assets beyond most spaces including silent HVAC system, 3 drive-in bays, laser-leveled floors, 2 cam-lok systems and sound proof rooms. Best part is, we call it Loop because a portion of net proceeds are "looped" back to worthy causes.

Cancellations
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
Load In
We have 3 drive in oversized bay doors for easy access. Our 12-hour time frames provide ample time for set up and clean up.
Guest Access
We have flexible hours and rent out for full 12 hour days. Overtime available for additional rates.
Storage
We have chairs, tables, etc. available for rent.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Cleaning fees applied to all rentals.
Sustainability
Loop was designed to the highest LEED Certified standards. We utilized recycle materials for our construction, eco-friendly roof, we are a plastic-free zone with water filtration system, permeable driveway, LED lighting, energy efficient appliances, natural light with plants, to name a few.
