We would like to invite you on a culinary journey into the typically French tradition of the "brasserie", a simple, uncomplicated preparation of products that the market has to offer.
Since the opening of the Plat du Jour in November 1993, we have followed a certain philosophy for our house. Quality of the products, traditional and at the same time refined preparation, as well as first-class service, are combined in a place that was designed as a French branch in the middle of Hamburg.
