Magnolia Hotel Omaha
Close to everywhere you and your attendees want to be and nestled in Omaha’s most treasured landmark building, the Magnolia Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 attendees for maximum meeting productivity, perfectly complemented by pure hospitality.
Formerly the Aquila Court Building, built by Chester Cook in 1923, the structure was designed to mimic the Bargello, a palace in Florence, Italy, in homage to Chester’s grandfather Aquila. Named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the faces of George and Aquila Cook can still be seen on the front of the boutique hotel’s building today. Here, you’ll discover the inviting warmth of pure hospitality in the center of downtown Omaha.
