Out of an inner need, the minds behind the TIAN also take a step back into nature with the TIAN Bistro and thus a big step into the future. The experimental dishes from head chef Paul Ivić can certainly be described as soul food. In order to take natural cycles into account and to guarantee that the products on offer are as organic and fair as possible, the TIAN Bistro relies on a seasonal menu and partnerships with suppliers from the immediate region, who have become good friends over the years. TIAN Bistro Managing Director Paul Ivić and TIAN founder Christian Halper thus bring the longing for vegetarian and vegan cuisine and an ethical and sustainable approach on an equal footing.
