Our dishes are carefully composed from the best ingredients available. We obtain fish and meat from selected, regional suppliers: We process both holistically - from nose to tail. The wines at chairs are chosen with the same premise as the products in our kitchen. We offer an individual menu of local vines, conventional and natural wines - for a variety of tastes.
