The Roundhouse Restaurant serves modern American cuisine inspired by the agricultural richness of the Hudson Valley. Enjoy breathtaking views of waterfalls and creeks from our floor-to-ceiling windows. Reservations are strongly suggested for dinner and Sunday brunch, while lunch service and seating on the Patio are walk-in only. We also accommodate private parties and groups of more than 10 guests upon request.
