ROUX opened in 2014 and is the realization of my most important dream. Despite the warnings and risks, I was determined to move forward with effort, work, and commitment. The restaurant, located in a corner that holds special meaning, was acquired after my daughters found it while attending school nearby. We invested a lot of time and effort to shape and adapt it to our vision. Maintaining the restaurant and its facilities is a reflection of how much we value our guests. ROUX is now our home and fills us with pride.
