Carondelet House

Built in 1926, the venue once served as the home of one of the most prominent architects in Los Angeles. Later acquired by the Otis College of Art and Design, the building’s creative lineage is evident in the unique design details throughout the property. There is simply no other property like it in all of Los Angeles. Hand stenciled fresco ceilings draw the eye as you enter the front rooms. The north studio features masculine seating vignettes with divine feminine artwork. The baby grand piano is a sweet serenade ready to be played or can simply serve as another element of rich décor. Wander to the south studio for vintage, well curated seating vignettes, and tasteful artwork. These rooms pair as the perfect setting for cocktails, small bites, conversation, and dancing.
