Opened in 1998 at 6 Delancey Street in New York City’s Lower East Side, The Bowery Ballroom is the city’s premiere live music venue. Holding a cult status among musicians and fans, Bowery’s quality of sound and sightlines make it a constant contender for (and winner of) Best Club in America awards. With a total capacity of 600 (110-120 with theater-style seating plus 30 additional on the mezzanine) and three unique floors, Bowery provides a space unlike any other. The lounge on the lowest level is complete with a 50-foot mahogany horseshoe bar and intimate seating. The Ballroom on our soaring main floor hosts a generous 20x14x4’ stage, a full bar, 24-foot ceilings, and wrought iron and mahogany accents. The mezzanine wraps around above the main floor with 1,000 square feet of standing room, café style seating, and a full bar sheltered beneath a beautiful coffered-vaulted ceiling with a view of downtown Manhattan behind.
