Pidgin opened in 2015 in Hackney with a simple idea: change the menu every week; never repeat anything. Since then, what began as a pared-back four-course menu has evolved into a multi-course tasting menu with a wine pairing in what must be one of London’s smallest and most intimate venues. To this day we’ve never repeated a dish.
